Absolutely! I think everyone would agree all the girls here at The Beauty Parlour are amazing but you might prefer the treatment off a particular therapist which is absolutely fine. When booking online make sure to select the therapist you want this will create a requested note on your booking for us to see . If you are happy to go with anyone select "any member of staff". 

YES! BIAB is our most popular treatment within the salon, and guess what!? Its included in our gel manicure services for free! Meaning you get a gel colour and BIAB at no extra cost! Most salons charge additional for BIAB but due to cost of living going up we want to help our clients as much as possible so we don't charge extra.

We are natural nail specialists who encourage healthy nail growth.

This means we do not offer nail extensions.  

Unfortunately due to limited space and seating we cannot accommodate for extra guests. Please note you can book 2 manicures or pedicures at the same time meaning a friend or loved one can have a treatment with you.

We love our little ones and they certainly bring a smile to our face.

But due to safety issues and wanting to keep a peaceful environment for all clients , we cannot allow children into the salon. Please respect that some client's come to have treatments to switch off from daily life stresses and as most parents know our little ones can create some louder sounds.

In order to offer our clients a more efficient booking service we offer a courtesy text reminder the day before to minimise late cancellations.

We would request that should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason you give us 24 hours notice, this then allows us time to reallocate your space to clients who maybe waiting for a cancellation. If less time is given and we cannot fill the appointment slot to another client then you will be charged. Cancellations on the day may result in a 50%/100% charge for the total amount of the treatment. We understand life can throw obstacles our way, so please call and explain your situation and we will do all we can to avoid charges if possible.


Any repairs are free of charge within the first 7 days of application but you MUST inform us within this time to receive our free repair service. After this period there will be a small fee to repair nails.
